Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts (skin and bones removed)
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Herbamare
- 1 tsp parsley
Cook chicken in frying pan with butter and coconut oil until no longer pink. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Fry over medium-high heat until golden. Serve with potatoes or rice and steamed vegetables.
